The music should not exceed the\ud performer's musical or emotional capability. However,\ud the selections must be of a complex enough nature to\ud challenge the performer's musical ability.\ud The program I chose to present consisted of music\ud composed between the last half of the 19th century\ud and the first half of the 20th century. This combination\ud of contemporary selections required the quality of\ud performance demanded by the Master of Arts Degree. (See more in text
