No. of bitstreams: 1 LIMA.pdf: 1464816 bytes, checksum: 7c9793b2069ada9ec506e984cc732550 (MD5) Previous issue date: 2018O presente estudo analisa o processo de formação e implantação da Cooperativa Central Oeste Catarinense Ltda.: Aurora, entre 1969 à 1973 no município de Chapecó, uma vez que houve diversas articulações estratégicas ora por parte dos donos dos meios de produção local, ora por parte dos representantes públicos do Estado, que dificultaram a implantação da Cooperativa Central Oeste Catarinense Ltda., no município de Chapecó, pois, a formação da Cooperativa ocorreu em 1969, no entanto, a sua implantação no município, começou a se efetivar somente a partir de 1972, através da compra do Frigorífico Marafon, também chamado de INCOMASA – Indústria e Comércio Marafon S.A., todavia, as atividades da Cooperativa só se oficializaram em outubro de 1973. Assim, propõem-se analisar e compreender o papel das redes públicas e privadas, que, de certa forma, dificultaram a implantação da Cooperativa Central Oeste Catarinense Ltda., neste espaço históricogeográfico.The present study analyzes the process of formation and implantation of Cooperativa Central Oeste Catarinense Ltda.: Aurora, between 1969 and 1973 in the city of Chapecó, since there were several strategic articulations either by the owners of the local means of production, or by the public representatives of the State, which made it difficult to implement Cooperativa Central Oeste Catarinense Ltda., in the city of Chapecó, therefore, the formation of the Cooperative occurred in 1969, however, its implementation in the municipality began to be effective only in 1972, through the purchase of the Marafon Frigorific also called INCOMASA - Indústria e Comércio Marafon SA, however , the activities of the Cooperative were officialized on October 1973.
