As mudanças e adaptações recorrentes no mundo atual despertam a necessidade de as organizações realizarem ações a fim de se manterem competitivas e garantirem posições no mercado. Diante disso, o estudo objetiva verificar de que modo se expressam as atitudes dos colaboradores frente ao processo de mudança na gestão de uma Instituição Educacional vinculada à Universidade Federal de Santa Maria. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de cunho quantitativo, por meio de um estudo de caso de natureza descritiva com os colaboradores (professores e técnicos administrativos em educação).
