PENILAIAN POSTUR KERJA SEBAGAI UPAYA MENGURANGI RISIKO PADA PEKERJA DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE JOB STRAIN INDEX (JSI) DAN METODE WORKPLACE ERGONOMIC RISK ASSESSMENT (WERA) (Studi Kasus di Home Industri Produksi Tahu Kesugihan Ponorogo)

The production process is still done manually using non-ergonomic work postures and movements are repeated over a long period of time, causing workers to experience musculoskeletal disorders. The purpose of this study, to analyze the work posture and the factors causing complaints of musculoskeletal disorders in body parts such as back, neck, shoulders, wrists, and feet. The methods used are Job Strain Index (JSI) and Work Ergonomic Risk Assessment (WERA) to determine the level of risk caused by work posture on the activities undertaken. From these considerations, consider physical risk factors that are deferred from an assessment of posture, assessment of repetition, load activity, muscle activity, vibration and duration of work. Based on the results of processing and renewal carried out subsequently provide improvements by following the factors causing problems, including improving work posture and improving the work environment
