Pengaruh Rasio Keuangan Terhadap Return Saham (Studi Empiris pada Perusahaan Sektor Properti di BEI)

This study examines the effect of profitability, liquidity, solvency, activity, and stock ratios on stock returns. Profitability ratios are measured using net profit margin, return on assets, return on equity, operating profit ratio, and gross profit ratio. The liquidity ratio is calculated using the current ratio, quick ratio, and cash ratio. The solvency ratio was measured using the debt to equity ratio and the debt asset ratio. The activity ratio is calculated using fixed asset turnover and asset turnover. Finally, the stock ratio is measured using the price earning ratio, earnings per share, price to book value, and book value per share. The population in this study was obtained by purposive sampling on property companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2019, and a sample of 38 companies was obtained. The analytical method used is the panel data model. The results of this study indicate that the profitability ratio has a significant positive effect, the liquidity ratio has a significant negative effect, the solvency ratio has a significant negative effect, the activity ratio has a significant positive effect, and the stock ratio has a significant negative effect
