Pengaruh likuiditas, solvabilitas, aktivitasdan profitabilitas terhadap return saham pada perusahaan real estate dan property yang terdaftar di bei

The purpose of this research is testthe effect of liquidity, solvency, activity, and profitability on stock returns on real estate and property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014-2017. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and statistical analysis. The results show that simultaneously Current Ratio, Debt to Asstes Ratio, Total Assets Turnover, and Return On Assets that proved from the value of Fcount 2.074 0.05. Debt to Asstes Ratio partially positive effect is not significant to the Stock Returns as evidenced by t count 0.385 ≤ ttabel 1.992 and significant value 0.708 > 0.05. Total Assets Turnover partially have a significant negative effect on Stock Returns as evidenced by t -2,393 >ttable 1.992 and significant value 0.019ttabel 1.665 and significant value 0.094 > 0.05.
