This capstone explored how an organization can achieve better employee benefit communications with the strategic use of color, shapes, and fonts. To achieve this, I examined the influence of visual communications on people and how that might create a greater emotional connection to their employee benefits, which may ultimately have a longer-term effect on how employees feel about their employer. In doing this, I built a model using a tiered approach to learn why and how this work is important to the business, the individual, and the organization.
