Recruitment agencies have been fully legalized in 2004 and they have found their place at the job market. This paper deals with terms of employment provided by recruitment agencies in the Czech Republic. The paper is focused to a variety of services which recruitment agencies offer both to companies and to job applicants. Terms of the employers as the agencies' customers also play an important role, as well as conditions of the job applicants.
