Characterizes bullying, describes its causes, its forms and manifestations. It deals with identifying and symptoms of bullying. It also examines the role of the aggressor and the victim. The practical part deals with the symptoms of bullying at selected primary schools. It examines at which of the primary schools bullying occurs in a greater extent, at which places the bullying occurs most frequently and to whom victims have the greatest confidence. Data for the survey were collected by questionnaires method.Bakalářská práce je členěna na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá problematikou šikana. Charakterizuje šikanu, popisuje její příčiny, její formy a projevy. Zabývá se rozpoznáním a projevy šikany. Dále se zabývá rolí agresora i oběti. V praktické části se zabývá projevy šikany na vybraných základních školách. Zkoumá, na které ze základních škol se šikana vyskytuje ve větší míře. Na kterých místech dochází nejčastěji k šikaně a ke komu mají oběti největší důvěru. Ke shromažďování dat pro průzkum byla použita metoda dotazníkového šetření
