Aspects of the work of project manager in the preparation and management of projects financed from European Union funds

katedra: KIN; rozsah: 55 s.The aim of the Bachelor Degree thesis {\clqq}Aspects of the work of project manager in the preparation and management of projects financed from European Union funds" is to provide a basic outline of regional and structural policy in the European Union and draw financial support from EU funds. The work is divided into two parts. The first part describes the objectives of regional and structural policy of the EU, instruments for its implementation and the basic principles of function of EU funds. Followed by a second part, which aims to give an overview of the project management and briefly introduce the methodology of development of projects requesting a contribution from EU funds. At the conclusion of this work is then given the key findings related to project management in the EU funds.Cílem bakalářské práce {\clqq}Aspekty práce projektového manažera při přípravě a řízení projektů financovaných z fondů Evropské unie" je poskytnout základní informace o regionální a strukturální politice Evropské unie a stejně tak o čerpání finanční podpory z fondů EU. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první části jsou popsány cíle regionální a strukturální politiky EU, nástroje pro její uplatňování a základní princip fungování fondů EU. Následuje druhá část, jejímž cílem je podat souhrnný pohled na problematiku projektového řízení a stručně představit metodiku tvorby projektů žádajících o spolufinancování z fondů EU. V závěru práce jsou pak uvedeny nejdůležitější poznatky týkající se projektového řízení v rámci fondů EU
