Entry of Czech Subject into EU Markets - Focus on Public Tenders

katedra: KOB; rozsah: 82 s.The subject of the thesis is an analysis of public procurement as almost the only possibility for a company producing fire technique when entering to EU markets. The theoretical part is focused on defining the basic concepts and rules. The practical part includes a description of the current state of the selected company and an analysis of recommendation for improving the competitiveness of firms in the domestic competitions, but especially at international level. The work is complemented by developments in public procurement, which the company must expect in the future and which must also be taken into account when entering foreign markets.Předmětem diplomové práce je analýza oblasti veřejných zakázek jako skoro jediné možnosti vstupu firmy vyrábějící hasící techniku na trhy EU. Teoretická část je zaměřena na definování základních pojmů a právní úpravu. Praktická část zahrnuje deskripci současného stavu ve vybraném podniku a analýzu vytvoření nabídky zakončenou navrhovanými doporučeními pro zlepšení konkurenceschopnosti firmy v soutěžích na tuzemské, ale především na zahraniční úrovni. Práce je doplněna o vývojové trendy v oblasti veřejných zakázek, se kterými musí firma do budoucna počítat a které musí být také vzaty v úvahu při vstupu na zahraniční trhy
