Ethics in Management

katedra: KPE; rozsah: 101 s., 10 s. obr. přílohThis thesis is concerned with one of the currently often discussed topic - ethics in management - and on the diverse aspects which are connected with it. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is focused on development of managerial ethics from very beginning until the present time. Discrimination is also mentioned in this part of the thesis as well as a small comparation of corporate environment in Great Britain and Czech Republic. The second part focuses on the theoretical determination of the topic. The very last part of the thesis describes and evaluates the proposals how to increase the level of business ethics. Extra attention is paid to different programs on how to avoid the corruption. Suggestions for companies are also included. The final part of the thesis also contains small research in which the respondents should express their opinion about the level of political and business ethics in Czech Republic.Diplomová práce se zabývá fenoménem současné doby - manažerskou etikou - a vybranými aspekty, které s ní souvisejí. Práce je primárně členěna do třech částí. První část se zaměřuje na vývoj manažerské etiky od počátků po současnost. V rámci této části je pozornost věnována i problematice diskriminace a rovněž je provedena komparace podnikatelského prostředí ve Velké Británii a v České republice. Ve druhé části lze nalézt teoretické vymezení manažerské etiky. Závěrečná část práce představuje a hodnotí možné návrhy na zvýšení úrovně manažerské etiky. Pozornost je věnována programům na vytvoření protikorupčního prostředí v České republice. Uvedeny jsou i návrhy pro firmy, jak zvýšit etiku uvnitř organizací. Tato část je pro zajímavost doplněna i menším průzkumem reflektujícím názory respondentů na úroveň politické a podnikatelské etiky v České republice
