The study aims to measure the impact of training on the performance of human resources in the Department of Education and Knowledge in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. In particular, this study underscores the importance of human resource management practices for in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi’s Department of Education and Knowledge by designing and distributing a questionnaire to a random sample. As a research methodology, the analytical, descriptive method was used for analysis in this study, whereas data analysis and testing were carried out using SPSS.
