The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance. to know and analyze the influence of leadership, and to know and analyze the effect of work discipline on employee performance. The sample in this study amounted to 81 employees. The data analysis technique in this research is using quantitative descriptive analysis. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews and documentation studies. Variables are measured by a Likert scale.
