The purpose of this study is to describe performance, work discipline, and compensation, to analyze the effect of work discipline and compensation on employee performance and to find out which disciplinary variables and work compensation have a stronger influence on employee performance. This type of research conducted in this study is a quantitative approach. The population in this study is the entire number of employees in the production department at PT. Unggul Makmur Sejahtera, amounting to 392 employees with a total sample of 80 respondents. Data analysis techniques that have been done are using scale range analysis, multiple linear regression with the F test, and t-test.
