This study aims to determine the effect of work ability and welfare benefits on employee performance at PT. Graha Sawit Makmur in Sei Sijenggi Village, Perbaungan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The population in this study are employees of PT. Graha Sawit Makmur as many as 100 respondents. The number of samples is 100 employees of PT. Graha Sawit Makmur.
