ANALISIS SWOT PERSIAPAN PORPROV VII TARUNG DERAJAT PUSLATCAB KOTA SIDOARJO

Tarung Derajat is a science, moral action and attitude of life that utilizes the ability of muscle, brain, and conscience movements realistically and rationally, especially there are efforts of mastery and application of 5 (five) moral impulses. The purpose of this research is to find out aspects of SWOT Tarung Derajat PUSLATCAB Sidoarjo City. This type of research is a type of qualitative research. As a result of this study, the coach of the city of Sidoarjo, a former combat athlete who has many achievements, to find a network of talented athletes by organizing local events regularly every year. This event is also utilized by all coaches in netting and looking for prospective athletes as well. However, coaches always open wide opportunities for prospective athletes who want to train even if they do not participate in local events. The conclusions in this study are that the trainers in designing training programs and portions of exercises for athletes are distinguished by the age of the athlete, the athlete's flying hours, and the needs of the athlete. The structured training schedule makes athletes understand when it's time for athletes to train and when it's time for athletes to rest. Keywords: Tarung derajat, SWOT, PORPROV
