Jezične se crte promatraju s obzirom na njihovu slojevitost u smislu stare/nove, odnosno knjiške/dijalekatske značajke.From the prayer book attributed to Marko Marulić the author singles out Marijinski oficij for analysis. The language analysis shows that the prayer and psalm text of the office and Marulić\u27s poetic translations belong to the same literary and language sphere and it confirms the presupposition that the office is based on older protographs.
