In the introductory part of his article the author notes that the sociological, socio-psychological, anthropological and economic investigations concerned with the youth (i. e. persons between 14 and 25) have recently become so numerous that it is no exaggeration to say that this is one of the themes which currently attract the greatest attention of scientists and all poeple interested in the results of the scientific investigations.
