There are many ways to be a good leader, the Full Range Leadership Model, developed by James MacGregor is one of the most unique and dynamically applicable approaches to leadership in industry today. In my presentation, I will be discussing in depth how the transformational leadership styles of Idealized Influence and Individual Consideration can be used to effectively lead and develop followers. Idealized Influence is the most commonly thought of style of leadership, leading by example, where the leader “Walks the talk” so to speak, and inspires his/her people to work hard by being a good role model and setting a good example for behavior.
