Introduction: Complex Regional Pain Syndrome is a pathology generally affecting a limb following trauma or injury. It manifests as an aberrant inflammatory response, the exact origin of which is still poorly understood. This affection causes multiple symptoms including chronic neuropathic pain that is largely debilitating for patients. Treatments such as Graded Motor Imaging (GMI) or mirror therapy are based on the hypothesis of a reorganization of the primary somatosensory cortex by CRPS. Therefore, motor imagery by brain training may normalize this change and thus decrease the pain and other symptoms of CRPS.
