Introduction: Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) is a chronic neurological pain syndrome characterized by allodynia, hyperalgesia, weakness, muscle spasms, skin color and temperature changes, and increased sweating. First line treatment usually consists of a combination pharmacotherapy and intensive physical therapy approach.
