The researchers aim to design and construct an automated pressure-sensitive labeling machine which will be able to attach adhesive labels to a moving line of bottles. The study will prove to be significant if it has addressed two criteria: efficiency and productivity and cost. The design of the labeling machine will be based on the research the group has conducted. Concepts in labeling operations, powered belt conveyor, sensors, AC and DC motors and control systems will be used. The researchers themselves designed and fabricated the entire labeling machine.
