This study is a descriptive research that aims to identify the qualities of a leader that makes them effective, and in turn, use it to determine the focus of the Leadership Training Proposal that would be designed for Midas-Kapiti, International, Manila. It also utilizes an applied research approach. Given that it is customized, the respondents were then taken from MKI and from their 84 employees. 30 were randomly selected. The researchers utilized the Training Needs Survey to gather the perceptions of those respondents regarding effective leadership and the qualities of an effective leader.
