There is no denying that Millennials are slowly entering and taking over the workplace. Upon entering the workplace, negative stereotypes have been given towards these Millennial employees. However, there has been a lack of empirical studies regarding how Millennials Employees in the workplace are perceived. The purpose of this study is to describe how supervisors perceive their Millennial Employees, It also aims to elaborate on the experience of the supervisors in managing them.
