Adele Orgill, born 1898, was the daughter of Joseph and Adele Kendrick Orgill of Memphis, Tennessee. Her family owned Orgill Brothers and Company, a large hardware firm. During World War II, Adele Orgill served with the Red Cross Motor Corps, she was president of the Memphis Junior League and a member of Les Passees.
