МОДЕЛИРОВАНИЕ ИНВЕСТИЦИОННОГО ПРОЦЕССА НА ОСНОВЕ ТЕОРИИ ИГР

The paper describes a method for simulation of interaction of investment process parties based on thetheory of games. The interests of main parties of the investment process, i.e. an investor and the region aredescribed. The authors consider the examples of preferential taxation and subsidy assistance, on the basis ofwhich the possibility of formalization and simulation of this interaction as a bimatrix game is proved. Thepaper gives a description of the systemized by the authors experiment in the form of a game “investorregion”.The payment matrix is created. The search for equilibrium is conducted. The authors have receivedexperimental confirmation of the hypothesis of the presence of several equilibria in this game. The methodfor constructing a model of formalization of making investment decisions is suggested.В статье приводится описание метода моделирования взаимодействия участников инвестиционно-го процесса на основе теории игр. Описаны интересы основных участников инвестиционного процесса:инвестора и региона. Рассмотрены примеры льготного налогообложения и субсидирования, на основекоторых доказана возможность формализации и моделирования данного взаимодействия как биматрич-ной игры. Приведено описание синтезированного авторами эксперимента в виде игры «инвестор-регион» и построена платёжная матрица. Осуществлён поиск равновесия и получено эксперименталь-ное подтверждение гипотезы о наличии нескольких равновесий в данной игре. Предложен способ по-строения модели формализации принятия инвестиционных решений
