СПОСОБ ФОРМОВАНИЯ ЖЕЛЕЗОБЕТОННЫХ КОНСТРУКЦИЙ ПОСРЕДСТВОМ ОПУСКАЮЩЕГОСЯ БЕТОНА

The article describes a new method for molding reinforced concrete structures by means ofdescending concrete under various building conditions. The urgency of the problem is confirmed bythe absence of fundamental theoretical studies in this field of knowledge and justification of thefield of practical application of the new technology.The phenomenon of inhibition in the level of mechanization and automation of the buildingprocess for the molding of reinforced concrete structures at the construction site is disclosed. Proposalson its acceleration, reduction in cost, introduction of robotic automationare formulated; theywill provide a number of technical and economic advantages of the new method.A comparative analysis of the method of sliding formwork and the method of descending concretehas been carried out, technological problems, pitfalls in equipment; defects in the productionof work have been revealed.The advantage of this technology is in the fact that it issimpler and technologically efficientone, which in future will serve as a basis for developing a scientific methodology for system designin the construction of industrial and civil structures.Описан новый способ формования железобетонных конструкций посредством опускающегося бетона в различных строительных условиях. Актуальность проблемы подтверждается отсутствием фундаментальных теоретических исследований в этой области знаний и обоснования области практического применения новой технологии. Раскрыто явление торможения в уровне механизации и автоматизации строительногопроцесса формования железобетонных конструкций на строительной площадке. Сформулированы предложения по его ускорению, удешевлению, внедрению роботизации, что обеспечит ряд технико-экономических преимуществ нового способа. Проведен сравнительный анализ метода скользящей опалубки и способа опускающегося бетона, выявлены технологические недостатки, недоработки в оснастке, дефекты производства работ. Установлены преимущества данной технологии как более простой и технологически эффективной, что в дальнейшем послужит основанием для разработки научной методологии системного проектирования при строительстве промышленных и гражданских сооружений
