FAKTOR FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN PENURUNAN FUNGSI KOGNITIF PADA LANSIA

One of health problem that often arises in the elderly population is a decline in cognitive function. This cognitive function is obtained through the interaction between the formal environment, namely education and non-formal environment that is obtained from everyday life. This cognitive function can affect a person's level of independence. Impaired cognitive functions often have an impact on social life, psychological and physical activity of the elderly. Objective To find out the factors associated with decreased cognitive function in the elderly at Puskesmas Kec. Panumbangan Regency. Ciamis Correlational research design with cross sectional research design. The population in this study amounted to 38 people, with a total sample of 38 people. Research results The results of data analysis with the chi-square. With a critical limit of 0.05 or can be compared by comparing the calculated chi-square value with the chi-square table. If the value of sig <0.05 then there is a significant relationship, and if the value of sig> 0.05 then there is a significant relationship. There is a relationship between the age factor with decreased cognitive function in the elderly, There is no relationship between the sex factor with the decline in cognitive function in the elderly, There is a relationship between disease history factors with decreased cognitive function in the elderly, There is a relationship between nutritional status factors and a decline in cognitive function in the elderly.Salah satu masalah kesehatan yang sering kali muncul pada penduduk lansia adalah penurunan fungsi kognitif. Fungsi kognitif ini didapatkan melalui interaksi antara lingkungan formal yaitu pendidikan serta lingkungan non formal yang didapatkan dari kehidupan sehari-hari. Fungsi kognitif ini dapat mempengaruhi tingkat kemandirian seseorang. Gangguan fungsi kognitif ini sering kali berdampak pada kehidupan sosial, psikis serta aktivitas fisik para lansia. Tujuan Untuk mengetahui Faktor - faktor yang berhubungan dengan penurunan fungsi kognitif pada lansia di PuskesmasKec. Panumbangan Kab. Ciamis Desain penelitian korelasional dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 38 orang, dengan jumlah sampel38 orang. Hasil penelitian Hasil analisis data denganchi-square.dengan batas kritis yakni 0,05 atau dapat dengan cara membandingkan antara nilai chi-square hitung dengan chi-square tabel. Jikanilai sig < 0,05 maka terdapat hubungan yang signifikan, dan jika nilai sig > 0,05 maka terdapat hubungan yang signifikan.Ada Hubungan antara factor Usia dengan penurunan fungsi kognitif lansia,Tidak Ada Hubungan antara factor Jenis Kelamin dengan penurunan fungsi kognitif lansia, Ada Hubungan antara factor Riwayat Penyakit dengan penurunan fungsi kognitif lansia, Ada Hubungan antara faktor Status gizi dengan penurunan fungsi kognitif lansia
