Die Arbeit hat die Zusammenhänge von Motivation, Zufriedenheit und Leistung von Mitarbeitern eines Beratungsunternehmens empirisch auf der theoretischen Grundlage des Job Characteristics Model (JCM) analysiert, um daraus Aufsatzpunkte für unternehmerische Aktivitäten zu einer positiven Beeinflussung dieser drei Zielgrößen aufzuzeigen. Hierbei war der unternehmerische Produktivitätsanspruch auf einen Nenner zu bringen mit dem individuellen Anspruch der Mitarbeiter auf Motivation und Zufriedenheit.The thesis comprehends an analysis of interrelations between motivation, satisfaction and performance of the employees of a consulting company.
