En esta tesis se desarrolla un estudio de caso de rehabilitación de un puente de acero en el cual se evalúa su estado estructural actual, se identifican sus afectaciones y se diseña su reparación, así como también se analizan las deficiencias estructurales en relación con la normativa actual y se diseña un reforzamiento que responde a los requerimientos de carga de manera óptima, a excepción del aspecto sísmico, en vista que no es estructuralmente viable.
