Bussiness Plan

The bachelor thesis deals with the business plan for the establishment of a nail studio in Uherský Ostroh. The thesis consists of 3 parts – theoretical, analysis of the current state, design part. The first part explains the theoretical knowledge related to the topic, which are neccesary for understanding other parts. In the next part, a market analysis is performed, including questionnaire research. The last part concerns the marketing and financial plan. Finally, the thesis is evaluated by return method
