This article provides an in-depth comparative analysis and systematization of expert analytical reports in the segment of economy-class rental housing, highlights the characteristic trends in the impact of the coronavirus infection on the rental housing market in the Sverdlovsk region, and compares trends in the Russian and international rental housing market.
