Abstract: Work stress has become a major global concern over the last decade, and healthcare workers are more vulnerable to stress because of the nature of their jobs and the expectations of society. It is becoming increasingly serious due to a variety of problems in the healthcare sector, such as inadequate personnel, high public expectations, long working hours, exposure to infectious and dangerous diseases, the possibility of misconduct, and continuing death and death experiences.
