With regard to employment, it is certainly not beyond what is called labour or anything related to labour, such as labour, workers, unemployment and so on. It's related to the labor problem in Indonesia, which is often the case especially with the current situation where the whole world is being infected with a virus called Covid 19 or a corona virus that causes a lot of termination of labor relationships (PHK) in a company. The termination of the self-employment relationship (PHK) is the termination of the employment relationship because of a certain fact which results in the termination of the right and obligation between the worker and the company/owner. This can happen because of resignation, company termination or contract termination. The purpose of this study is to find out the cause of the apparent partial termination of the employment relationship (PHK), knowing what the law demands in the employee prosecution of a company at PHK.
