Background: The pandemic affects sleep habits and time changes in children. According to the National Sleep Foundation, school-age children need 9 to 11 hours of sleep per day. The sleep that children needed must meet adequate levels of sleep as well as sleep patterns. Sleep pattern is a model, form, or pattern of sleep in a relatively fixed period of time and includes the schedule for falling (entry) sleep and wake up, sleep rhythm, frequency of sleep in a day, and sleep satisfaction.
