IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM EKODRAINASE SEBAGAI UPAYA PENANGANAN PERMUKIMAN KUMUH DI RUKUN WARGA (RW) 1 KAMPUNG SIDORUKUN KELURAHAN DINOYO KOTA MALANG

This study aims to explain the implementation aspects of the Ecodrainage program as an effort to handle slum settlements in Rukun Warga (RW) 1, Sidorukun Village, Dinoyo Village, Malang City. On the other hand, it will also explain the obstacles of the implementation. The theory of policy implementation is used from Edward III, where the researcher will explain the related variables, like communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. Qualitative research methods using the descriptive research. The data source was the results of interviews with several respondents. Documents from the Dinoyo Urban Village Office and the Community Self-Help Agency, journals and books that are relevant to the research focus. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of policies between the Government through the Dinoyo Village Office and the community through the Community Self-Help Agency and Community Self-help Groups has produced good enough results. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors were the absence budget support from the government after the program was implemented and the community's commitment to taking care of Sidorukun Village
