PROBLEMATIKA DALAM IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM PEMBERDAYAAN EKS GELANDANGAN DAN PENGEMIS DI KOTA MALANG (Studi Terhadap Kampung 1000 Topeng Desaku Menanti, Kedungkandang Kota Malang)

The purpose of this study was to identify the problems of Topeng Desaku Menanti Village, Desaku Menanti in Tlogowaru Village, Kedungkandang, Malang City and efforts to handle the problems of implementation of the Topeng Desaku Menanti Village, Desaku Menanti in Tlogowaru Village, Kedungkandang District, Malang City. The concept used in this research is empowerment. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques, they are; in-depth interviews, primary data sources, and observations. The results of this study are that there are three points of view in identifying problems, namely from the Malang City Social Directorate, social fostered residents, and social assistants. Efforts made by the government are mediation with social assisted citizens. Another effort made by the Malang City government is collaborating with institutions or organizations to fill out seminars or training for socially assisted citizens
