The school coexistence has turned into a key process for the integral education of the Chilean students. In the context of the public education strengthening in the country, the research has a first approach to the school coexistence management in the Biobío province local high schools. The research applies an exploratory and descriptive quantitative focus to analyze the school coexistence management from the opinion of their representatives, who have had to lead and coordinate the process in the schools. To that end, a semi structured interview was applied, considering the validity judgement, reliability and objectivity.
