Effect of Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance National Narcotics Agency (BNN) Through Organizational Commitment

The purpose of this study is to: 1) determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction on organizational commitment 2) determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance, 3) determine and analyze the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance, 4) determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance. Employee performance through organizational commitment. The research was conducted at the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) with a sample of 90 employees. The sample used is saturated sampling technique and data analysis using descriptive analysis and path analysis.Based on the results of the study, it is known that: 1) there is an influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction on organizational commitment, 2) there is an influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance, 3) there is an influence of organizational commitment on employee performance, 4) organizational culture variables and job satisfaction mediated by organizational commitment does not play a role in improving the performance of employees of the National Narcotics Agency (BNN)
