Abstract This study aims to determine how the influence of Organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. Telkom Kepanjen 2021. In this study there are 3 (three) independent variables, namely organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The dependent variable in this study is employee performance. The population in this study were all active employees of PT. Telkom Kepanjen in 2021 with a total of 36 employees.
