The Stout University Foundation is an independent, non-profit organization which was formed in 1962 by a group of alumni, faculty, and other friends of Stout to solicit, hold, and disburse funds for the benefit of the University. It is governed by a 16 member Board of Directors, which is responsible for soliciting funds, seeing that they are properly accounted for, investing them in a prudent manner, and expending them in accordance with the purpose of the Foundation and the needs of the University. All members of the Board serve as volunteers without pay.Includes minutes of meetings, information on fund raising, information on funded grants, and miscellaneous materials
