The aim of this study was to assess the impact on organizational culture practices, by the management of Bahagian Ketenteraman Awam Ibupejabat Polis Daerah Johor Bahru Utara in supporting knowledge sharing and management among police officers. The study also aims to identify the relationship between the four types of organizational culture which is clan adhocracy, hierarchy and market with the level of knowledge management in abovementioned organization.
