Burnout syndrome is a collection of physical symptoms, psychological and destructive mental fatigue as a result of the work that is monotonous and oppressive that found in human service profession such as nurses. This research is including to the quantitative research model, observational study correlation (non-experimental) type. This research was conducted on March 20 through April 5, 2020 toward operating room nurses of hospital. The total sample utilized 36 peoples with the total sampling technique. The tests are used to determine the corelation between independent variables and the dependent variable in this study are Fisher Exact test (p value<α, α=0,05).
