This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style and work motivation to employee performance at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Sragen Branch. This research is quantitative. The data used in this study is primary data. The sampling technique is by using total sampling. Research data collection was carried out through questionnaires with a total of 35 respondents. Instrument testing method in validity testing using Pearson's moment product and reliability testing using cronboach alpha. Data analysis techniques used to test hypotheses include multiple linear regression, t test, F test, R2 test. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that leadership style has a positive and significant effect to employee performance. ...
