The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT Tirta Investama Sukoharjo Regency. The population of this study were employees at PT. Tirta Investama, Sukoharjo Regency. The sample used in this study amounted to 42 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that work motivation partially has a significant effect on employee performance, work discipline partially has a significant effect on employee performance, and work motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance
