The purpose of this study is to describe the motivation, work discipline, and performance of employees at UD Tiga Jaya retreading tire canines and to analyze the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance. The research sample is 34 employees with total sampling technique. The analytical tool to determine the level of motivation, discipline and employee performance is a scale range analysis. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance. The results of the scale range indicate that motivation is in the fairly good category, work discipline in the very high category and performance in the high category.
