Employee performance is important to maintain the sustainability and competitiveness of the company. Good performance will lead the company to achieve its goals. This study aims to determine the effect partially and simutan between human relations and the provision of rewards on employee performance at PT. BPR Angsa Sedanayoga in Gianyar. This study used the entire population of 42 employees as a sample with a saturated sample method. The data collected were analyzed using multiple linear regression.
