Job satisfaction is a general positive attitude of individuals towards their work. In order for employees to have high job satisfaction, an organization needs to pay attention to the factors that affect job satisfaction. This research was conducted at the VIP department of Finns Beach Club Bali, with the aim of knowing the effect of financial compensation, teamwork, organizational commitment partially and simultaneously on employee job satisfaction.
