This study aims to determine employee satisfaction as a mediating variable on the influence of organizational culture on company financial performance. As we all know human is the most important factor in improving company performance. Therefore, the variable employee satisfaction is something that needs to be examined in an indirect relationship to a good organizational culture in increasing the maximum company's financial performance.
